Day 8 | Monthly Theme, Healthy Dream

Besides being amateur poets, we at the Lakeshore Food Club help coordinate donations and drives around the community.

While any donation of food and products that are in-date, unopened and appropriately labeled is appreciated, there are some items that are most welcome.

Each month LFC suggests a theme item for groups and individuals looking for a donation inspiration (more poetry!). Follow along on the LFC Facebook page or newsletter to stay in the loop!

For January the suggested item is: Healthy Snacks. January is a great time to begin or restart healthy habits, so may we suggest donating items such as nuts, pretzels, low-fat popcorn, granola bars, graham crackers, veggie chips, fresh produce, or whatever healthy snacks YOU like to keep you on track with your health goals.
